Hi Barbara.

Congratulations on your pregnancy! A significant rise in hcg can be an indication of twins, but there’s no guarantee. However, them seeing two sacs on an ultrasound is a pretty strong indication that a twin pregnancy is developing. I was 14,252. Was told the hcg could help determine. My question is that levels for twins ? Trying to see if I ‘m having singleton or twins . Thank you for any help.
